Refund Policy
1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We are dedicated to fulfilling our commitments. If we fail to provide the services, features, or results outlined in our signed agreement, or if we miss our agreed-upon deadlines due to our own fault, you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are evaluated based on the specific deliverables and technical requirements defined in your contract, rather than subjective changes in aesthetic preferences that fall outside the project's original scope.
2. Client Cooperation and Timelines
A successful project requires a collaborative effort. Our ability to meet your project's deadline relies heavily on your timely feedback and cooperation.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for missed timelines if the delay is caused by the client. This includes delays in providing essential assets (such as branding files, text, or photos), pending approvals, or unprovided access credentials. We are fully committed to keeping your project on track, and we rely on your active participation to meet our shared goals.
3. Third-Party Costs & Setup Fees
To build your project, we may incur costs from outside providers on your behalf. Because these funds are paid directly to other companies, third-party costs are non-refundable.
Additionally, certain projects require a non-refundable setup fee to cover the initial administrative and structural work. Many of our clients prefer to select service packages where the setup fee is waived, providing greater overall value and purchase security.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
If a project is canceled and a refund is successfully issued, our working agreement for that specific project is terminated.
To protect our creative assets, LatinArt Studios LLC retains 100% of the intellectual property rights to the refunded work. Any designs, website builds, copy, or media created by our team during the process may not be used, published, or modified by your business moving forward.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances if the project deliverables have been utilized in any commercial capacity.
